Nope, you couldn't live there. To prevent loitering bums and such, they don't even let you sit down in there. Sleeping would be a problem, unless you could do it standing up.

that looks very much like Union Station in Torontoexcept your allowsed to sit down and you could even sleep there if you missed a train. ive had my son fall asleep on a bench while waiting a few times.
